From idea to industry

2021

The beginning

Mary and Uriah began developing early AI tools while working closely with restaurants and hospitality businesses in Florida. After seeing how many calls, reservations, and customer questions were being missed during busy hours, they started building a smarter support system designed specifically for restaurants.

2022

First working system

The team launched the first internal version of the platform, focused on automated customer support, reservations, and order assistance. Casey joined shortly after to help introduce the system to local restaurant owners and build early partnerships across Florida.

2023

Early restaurant partnerships

After months of testing and improvements, the platform expanded to support independent restaurants, bars, and cafes across multiple cities. Features like AI chat support, booking automation, and website integrations became core parts of the system.

2024

Expanding the platform

The company continued refining its AI-powered restaurant communication tools, adding voice support, multi-location management, and customer engagement features. More hospitality businesses began adopting the platform to reduce missed calls and improve customer response times.

Growing nationwide
